Milk collection tank

Milk collection tank is also featured as delicate in shape, simple in structure, easy to clean; It is matched with the milk weighing equipment; This equipment can be designed according the different requirements of the customer, the outlet position can be designed according the flow and the layout of the while plant.

1. Small scale pasteurizer plant

These small scale pasteurizer plant need to have basic units and components that the supplier need to like

• Milk receiving tank,
• Pasteurizer unit,
• Chiller unit and
• Filling and Packing units
• list of accessories (valves, fittings, cables and wiring, panel board, flanges, tools, filter, packing film sterilizer, two way clean in place system, pumps, pipes, cold room, rapid microbial testing equipment, control systems, safety system for the boiler etc)
• Utilities (compressor, boiler (preferably the electrical one with heat recovery system efficiency more than 85%) and generator at least to run the pasteurizer, chiller and lighting (15 KVA more preferably made from USA, Japan or Europe made).
